Home Nursing Agency Children's Community Health Center held an open house at 400 Lakemont Park Blvd. Suite 100 in Altoona to raise awareness on the specialized children and adolescent services available to the community.
The agency is a leading provider of behavioral health services for children/adolescents (up to 18-years-of-age). Staff were available for consultation on the following services: behavioral health rehabilitation, early intervention, outpatient therapy/counseling, intensive case management, home and school-based support services. Information was available on the agency's summer program for children/adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties at home, school, or in the community.
