Serving all ages since 1968, Home Nursing Agency’s diverse services and programs span the generations. All of our employees and volunteers help to provide the care, education and resources to caregivers and families so they can remain at home, at school or in the community. We believe November is a perfect time to recognize and honor all of our staff and volunteers for their vital role to providing support to caregivers of children struggling with behavioral health issues, adults with disabilities or mental health challenges and individuals coping with injuries, or chronic or life-limiting illnesses.

Last year alone, our 1,000+ health care professionals made 448,437 home visits and traveled more than 5 million miles throughout 13 counties. Our community-site based services including our Adult Day, Nurse-Family Partnership®, Early Intervention, Temporary/Permanent/Transition Housing Options, ACEL (Adult Center for Exceptional Living), WIC (Women, Infants and Children) as well as our Adult/Children’s Behavioral Health served over 15,085 individuals of all ages in 2010.

Even as we’re managing change, our commitment to providing remarkable care is unwavering and it’s reflective in our accomplishments and increased demand for service. Thank you!
